CBD Courts Project
The CBD Courts Project ($400m NPV) is the most significant Courts development to be undertaken in Western Australia. CBD Courts Project - Central Law Courts Refurbishment
As part of the CBD Courts Project, the Central Law Courts (CLC) building is being refurbished to accommodate the requirements of the Magistrates Court, the Coroner's Court and various support groups. The $255.7 million statewide rehabilitation service will be developed as part of the Fiona Stanley Hospital in the new health precinct at Murdoch.
